Delve into a peaceful yoga retreat on a tropical shore, and you can be sure your winter blues will be long gone. For the intermediate Power, Vinyasa or Ashtanga student, we will escape to beachside Sayulita, Mexico, for a week of strong yoga and complete relaxation. Wake up with a powerful two-hour Vinyasa practice and close the day with an optional hour of restorative, pranayama and meditation before dinner.

This is a deeply transformative, restorative retreat for those who like the beach or love to surf and also want a strong yoga practice. After the morning session, your day is free for relaxing or exploring this sunny paradise. We will be staying at the renowned Haramara retreat, just a 15min walk around the corner from the infamous Sayulita surfing. All of the meals are organic gourmet with vegetarian and fish options available.

Retreat begins the evening of the 15^th with dinner at 7pm and ends on the morning of the 22^rd with yoga & breakfast.

Cost:
$1690 for a double room
$2390 for a single room

Price includes: food, lodging and yoga.

Not included: airfare, transfers and passport.

$150 discount if paid in full before Novmber 1st.

*A $500 deposit will hold your spot, payment is due in full one month prior. Because of the retreat reservations there will be no refunds issued after October 1^st. Refunds will be issued for cancellations made prior to this date, minus a $100 nonrefundable fee.

This retreat will explore the sacred cultural surroundings of the ancient practice of yoga. Start your morning with a powerful two-hour Vinyasa practice and unwind before dinner with an optional hour of yin, pranayama and meditation. Your stay at the acclaimed Somatheeram Ayurvedic resort will include Ayurvedic cooking classes, Ayurvedic lectures, an Ayurvedic consultation, one Ayurvedic massage per week and plenty of time to relax or venture off on your own.

Price includes: Food, lodging, transfers to the retreat from Trivandrum International Airport, three-four hours of daily yoga, Ayurvedic lectures and cooking classes, an Ayurvedic consultation, one Ayurvedic massage per week, traditional Indian music and dance in the evenings and 1 day trip per week.

For the 500hr teacher training module add $300 to the above 2 week prices
For 2 weeks of Panchakarma (2 hours of detoxification treatments a day) add $800 to the above prices
